Orders can be cancelled only before shipping. Please email: firstname.lastname@example.org the reason, our sale manager will arrange the cancellation in 2 working days.
Any shipped out order can not be cancelled.
Return Policy:(1).How to deal with, If the item is defective?
Third: If unable to identify defects via your photos, all items must be returned in their original condition, in order to qualify for a refund or exchange of goods. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred, however, once confirmed defective, we will credit you the cost of the shipping.
(2). Sometimes we simply just change our minds after making a purchase. We offer a 'cooling off' period (a time-frame in which the customer may return the goods they have purchased without giving any explanation). Quickly email: email@example.com within 14 days of delivery, and we will give you an address to mail back the merchandise. The buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred.
(3). Return & Exchange address: The return address is not the shipping address on the express waybill, so please contact us: firstname.lastname@example.org to get the return address.
If the buyer paid by Paypal, the money will be refunded within 2 working days after the order is cancelled and/or return package has been received.
If by credit card or bank transfer, we will issue credit within 2 working days, however, depending on your bank or c/c, it can take up to 3-15 additional days for your refund to be processed. We advise confirming your banks policies in regards to refunds, as this policy will vary with each individual financial institution. Your kind understanding and patience will be highly appreciated during this process.
